Participation Trophies are the ways to motivate the people who were their in the contests and who have given everything in the competition but didn’t succeeded. Generally, the plate which is mounted is of the cylindrical type. Sometimes, these participation awards do look like plaques but they are not really plaques. Though, the cost of these participation trophies and awards are not much since they are next to the trophies of the winners but the effect which these trophies and awards are going to make on the minds of the losers is intense and are more to look.
