Business Trophies are Booming

I have been in the workforce for many years. I have seen many business trophies handed out. Business trophies are a small token of a company’s appreciation for workers’ time and efforts. Business trophies determine what an employee is made of. There are awards for all kinds of things. Attendances, no scrap, best idea, best time and similar categories of that nature. They all go to the common factor. They all lead up to business trophies.

I have seen many business awards banquets. They hand out acrylic business awards and acrylic business trophies for jobs well done. A specially selected worker gets to take home the business trophy. Sometimes there is more than one winner. This happens most in bigger office-based employment situations. More than one classification of job positions comes by business trophies. They are usually between a few people in a certain department, such as marketing or accounting.

Many different businesses hand out business trophies. Major corporations, restaurants and factories do this ritual. Most of them favor business awards. Top businesses often get a certificate in recognition of their superiority of that brand of establishment. The biggest of these honors is the American Business Awards. I would guess they give out some big business trophies for the honor of being chosen. They reflect status and getting one of these acrylic business trophies is a top honor.

Business trophies are a great way to boost morale in the workplace. It gives employees something to work toward. To go home at the end of the day with a business trophy depicting how well you’ve done would be a satisfying accomplishment. It also shows other employees that if they work hard, they will be recognized. I have seen the effects of this kind of reward system. These parties are usually cooped up in a break room or similar work environment. They are fun, exciting breaks from a normal work day. There are times they take place outside of work hours. I have been known to go into work just for a couple of hours on a Saturday to attend one of these functions. It is great fun to gather to watch others receive business trophies and maybe obtain a business trophy of my own.

Whether a company hands out acrylic business awards or acrylic business trophies, it is clear that employees leave feeling good. They know they did a great job. They get a nice feeling when they look at that business trophy and know they earned it. I have gotten a couple of awards myself and it always left me feeling great about myself. I know many of my friends have felt the same way. I have no idea when they are going to honor retirees with them but this much is true, they certainly should with business trophies.
